Store Policies

General Policies

All firearm sales, transfers, repairs, and modifications are conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, New York State, and local laws. Valid government-issued identification and required permits/licenses must be presented where applicable.

FFL Transfers

  • All inbound firearms must be shipped from a valid FFL unless otherwise permitted by law.
  • Customers should notify the store when a firearm is shipped using the Incoming Package Notice form on our website.
  • Transfer fees and requirements will be communicated prior to pickup.

Repairs & Modifications

  • Glen Cove Armory offers limited firearm repairs and modifications.
  • Work accepted is determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • We do not perform work on NFA / tax stamp items.

NFA / Tax Stamp Items

Glen Cove Armory does not process, accept, or transfer NFA or tax stamp items at this time.

Storage & Abandoned Items

  • Firearms or items left beyond an agreed pickup period may incur storage fees.
  • Items left unclaimed for extended periods may be handled in accordance with applicable laws.

Payments

  • Accepted payment methods will be disclosed at the time of service.
  • All sales are final where permitted by law.

Right to Refuse Service

Glen Cove Armory reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not in compliance with applicable laws or store policies.
