Compliance First

All firearm sales, transfers, repairs, and modifications are conducted in accordance with federal, New York State, and local laws. Glen Cove Armory reserves the right to refuse any transaction, transfer, repair, or service request at its discretion.

FFL Transfers

Customers must submit an Incoming Package Notice when a firearm, ammunition shipment, or other package is being sent to the store. Do not come for pickup until the store confirms that the item has been received, checked in, and is ready for the next step.

• Incoming FFL transfer: $50 per firearm.
• Additional firearm in the same transaction: $25 each.
• NYS background check fee: $10.

Ammunition Transfers

Ammunition transfers are subject to all applicable background check requirements and store procedures. Current ammo transfer fee is $25 per 1,000 rounds, plus the applicable ammunition background check fee.

Storage

Items left at the store may be subject to storage charges. Firearm storage is currently $20 per month when applicable. Long-term or abandoned items may be handled according to applicable law and store policy.

Repairs & Modifications

Repairs and modifications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The store may decline work that is outside its scope, not compliant, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable.

NFA / Tax Stamp Items

Glen Cove Armory does not process NFA or tax stamp items at this time.

Payments and Fees

Prices, fees, and availability are subject to change. State fees, background check fees, transfer fees, taxes, storage, shipping, or administrative fees may apply depending on the transaction.
